- Provide detailed information and attach clear photos of the damaged or defective product.
- We will assess your case, and if eligible, offer a replacement or refund.

Order Changes or Cancellations:
- To accommodate your needs, we initiate order processing immediately. If you wish to make changes or cancel your order, notify us within 24 hours of placement.
- After this timeframe, changes or cancellations may not be feasible, especially once the design is accepted.

Customized Products:
- Given the personalized nature of our products, returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage or defects are generally not accepted.
- Review design proofs and product details carefully before giving your approval, as changes are not made once the design is accepted.
